6.00am: 26 degF windy(wind chill 18 degF). Started off in the dark and it got light as out running, listening to Amy McDonald which helped up the pace. Felt good until tripped on trail and took a tumble. Not sure how it happened, other than a slight knee scrape no real damage. It was weird how it happened- I think it was the shoe grip just caught in the flat surface. Anyway despite that a fun run at a decent pace for me!

Run back from turn around point to Lloyd Hall. Felt good and pushed. The 2nd mile was 1st under 8 min mile in a while which felt good.
