9.00am: 37 degF and sunny (29 with wind chill). Cycled the loop and down to end of trail below SouthStreet bridge on hybrid bike as very windy. So e sore muscles so took it easy.

3.25pm: Run back from turn around point but ended up stopping at Lloyd Hall. Very frustrating.
