3.50pm: 72 degF and sunny. A beautiful weather day, but a sad day after all the chaos and looting in Center City, Phildelphia Following the peaceful protest. Decided as it was so nice to try my first run in several months. Ran out west River Drive to the gates by Sweet Briar Drive. Well at the start, it is clear my muscles are out out tune for running. Still a start and it felt a step in the right direction.
