1.20pm: Beautiful day. Up at Nicole & Bob’s at Whitney Lake PA. The fall colors were stunning. Carol and I had a beautiful kayak session. So quiet and serene. Got to see a heron take off up close.

3.35pm: We took a hike around Whitney Lake including a new trail which was beautiful. A lot of variety on the walk and lovely Fall colors.

8.00am: Sunny 62 degF. Walked up the Parkway and out Kelly Drive to just beyond the John Kelly statue and up onto Boxer Trail and back onto Kelly Drive at the Grant statue. A good walk with some fall colors.

10.05am: Cloudy 66 degF. Cycled out west River Drive 3x to Falls Bridge and back. Kept a high cadence pretty much the whole time. Felt good and went further than original plan.
