4.35pm: 63 degF and cloudy. Removed the Lincoln old planter bed and replaced with Cotten steel. Got lucky with the brick paving up to it. It looks good but was tired. Walked out West River Drive to just beyond Sweet Briar cutout. Got to get walk in but definitely now tired.

4.50pm: End of day walk having been up since 3.00am having watched the the Virtua Workplace Summit. Just needed some exercise so walked out West River Dr to the dragon boat parking lot and back.

6.27am: 60 degF and foggy, so damp out cycling. Cycled out west River Drive to Falls Bridge 2x then continued around the loop and down to train end below South St and back via the skateboard park. A good tempo.
