Walked up the river to Oxford station. Very pleasant indeed.
I want to get back into shape and I've been thinking about targets for the next week. The past few days have been pretty good in terms of opportunities to get out on uneven surfaces. I've been hindered (a little) by a blister. I haven't been sleeping enough, and I haven't done much for core strength/stability/flexibility.
- Get at least three miles of walking, twice per day, off road wherever possible.
- Wait for that blister to disappear before I try anything strenuous.
- Be in bed by 10pm every night.
- Stretch after each walk. Aim to touch my toes.
