Mark came down from Wakefield and Ian took the three of us around Fauld Crater, the site of the UK's largest detonation.

It's a very, very large crater. Pretty humbling.

This week's been different from the plan as far as exercise is concerned because I got a bug that's been going around. That knocked me out for a couple of days and left me hacking for the rest of the week. I'm not too worried about this. First, I couldn't do anything about it. Second, I was still getting out and keeping active (mostly). Attackpoint totals 31 miles of walking, which is more than last week; whereas my phone estimates more than 40 miles, which is an inaccurate measure covering more of my trips. Third, I had time for a pesky blister to go away.

I still get the occasional twinge in my knee, though. Even just moving it around unloaded, on a day that had over ten miles of walking.

Then the plan for next week is much the same as before, but with a tiny bit of running.
