felt much better than yesterday- legs actually moved today thanks to Jarred's massage I reckon. Still pretty fatigued though. Read the map pretty well today, was planning legs well in advance. But no, I didn't go to the right control at #10. | ||

| Long Distance training at Gumble Creek.
Felt SOO exhausted! legs were aching ridiculously & felt like they were about to snap. Really didn't expect to be this sore after yesterday. Route choice on the long legs was fine but just have to make sure I use the faster sections of the map more instead of trying to run through masses of rock and fallen timber. Made 2 mistakes because I was thrown around by the vegetation a bit but these were pretty minor. | ||

4 X ~1km to 1.5 km orienteering intervals at Gumble Pinacles. Running fast but navigating not so well.. was being really slack today, I just enjoyed racing the others without having any serious consequences for once. Awesome exercise though, really good to learn to navigate with so many others around you. | ||
