| Did some control picking on Ursviks. Ran into some problems with new construction sites etc. but was mostly worth while. Kind of a rest day so didn't push myself too hard. |

| Ran around the Lakes near Gala Stan with some fast uni friends who are training up for a Marathon. Great running group! Pretty hapy with my time considering how tired I was feeling |
