The uni gym is now getting pretty busy with the free weights sections being taken over by the rugby boys in their long socks.

Right, training starts now(ish). Having bummed around for the last few weeks I am actually starting to feel like a spot of training. Still have an issue with my heel (plantar fasciitis), but trying to do enough cross training to sort this out.

Road relays - 4 miles. No idea what shape I was in so was pleased to get a pb. Ran 20.37 - ran 21.22 last year so was pleased.
