| WU/WD to the Hallamshire session. Felt a bit tired and wet. |

| Tough interval session at the field by the start of the Percy Pud. Felt a bit heavy legged - but managed to push out the session ok (parlauf and then a sprint relay on a big wet slope - nice!). Going to take it nice and easy from now till the test races. |

| Easy run to track with Matt and then a WD with Matt, MikeS and Fatrat. |

| Track session - 4 x 300, 4 x 250 then 4 x 300. Felt tired by the end of the session. HR was up in the morning and I didn't want to push it too hard. Martin Broadhead and Sprotty jnr were going well.
It was good to see so many familiar faces at the track. |
