MTB ride / faff with Candy, Buckleyx2 and Lightfoot. Wet but enjoyable .

WU / Areobic session on a wave machine - which looks like it might help with strengthening my hips / glutes.

Standard S+C (lunges, front / back squats + physio exercises in between).

The uni gym is now getting pretty busy with the free weights sections being taken over by the rugby boys in their long socks.
