half yellow brick road run, did about ten 20m sprints along grahams road with 10 secs recovery

right achilles twinging aswell as left shin, no back pain!!!!

maybe i get sore shins because i fixed my achilles somewhat so the pressure has shifted to the front of my calves... i need to work out a way to run so that my arse and thighs take the pressure
