couple of laps of ilam field to stretch the hammies out which are still niggly and sore.

at the y. testing the shoulder out. felt it a few times when doing stretchy long moves but not pain just awareness. will have to see how it feels in the morning before i go getting excited about it.

short bays with sam. yay 2hrs! finally broke the pain barrier and just fucked myself didnt stop going hard from the bottom of evans. feel quite weird now, will go eat some lolly cake and have a nap.
