Kaimanawa Mission!

from clement mil road car park to cascade hut. not a bad track, pretty long haul up the hill. fresh legs!

Kaimanawa Mission: Cascade hut to Kaipo swingbridge. pretty hard going down the kaipo, mostly just in the river bed for the first 3 or 4 k then it got better with a benched track on the TR. tired legs!!

Kaimana Mission: Kaipo Swingbridge to Clement Mill Road.

mean track. pretty poaked legs by this stage. nut sack started to hurt i think my thighs slap it ever time i run and eventually it starts getting painful (sorta got painful around the 6hr mark).

so knackered, and then to find out a tree had fallen on the road so couldnt get back to the car, had to slum it in the rain while waiting for a lift back to wairakei.

so tired.
