groynes sprint; brain was slow reading the map. running was ok i think i ran as fast as i could. but i was just slow with my decision making and reading ahead and map folding got me into trouble as well.

down to ilam field, one warm up lap, 2X400m at a solid pace with a laps jogging in between. then another lap of the field to cool down and home.

L foot still weird out of the blocks but warms up fast.
