legs are cooked. (understatement)

I think these wall balls are a good sub for hill training when I'm stuck in the fire station.

5 rounds for time. Had to do this one as last time I attempted it, I didn't finish it. Only got 3 rounds and wanted to puke, so I had this girls number.

didn't start my watch on the first round, so these are the remaining times.

I knew I was in trouble when the first round was broken up as I did that rowing / thruster workout the day before and felt ok going into this one. The guys from work really push me which is great. I wouldn't have done this one on my own.
