New concept two rower from craigslist, sweet deal and into the garage gym it goes.

I've done this 2 km sprint before, but not on a C2. Damper setting 10.

I got my neighbour to do it as well so that I had some time to chase down.

Great full body workout. Inspiration from the olympics helped too.
