Simple enough workout Run 400 m as fast as you can, rest for two minutes and then do it 3 more times. Blah! HR Avg Max Lap 1 1:29 155 169 rest 2:00 Lap 2 1:17 155 176 rest 2:00 Lap 3 1:13 155 177 rest 2:00 Lap 4 1:12 167 179 rested and watched the mrs do her thing and then when "rested" decided to run a flat out 400 as fast as I could. Lap 5 1:09.3 156 169 there is still room for improvement here as my HR wasn't nearly as high as it can be. Hopefully I can get my 400's around a minute. Too bad I can't make Phatty's "beer mile" because I'm training in more ways than one! | ||

last time I did this workout it kicked my ass.. bad. I've done some work on it and took off 5 minutes from my last time. 13:30 to 8:30 minutes 21 thrusters 95 lbs 21 pull ups 15 thrusters 15 pull ups 9 thrusters 9 pull ups it looks simple .. it isn't.
