Moderate fartlek on the mill.... Still on call (in the middle of a 72-hour stretch - yuck!), so had to end early to get back to the ER. Oh well. Maybe on Monday I can put in some bigger times.

...and the only thing approaching the boredom of indoor running is.... indoor cycling! Luckily I had a couple of episodes of 24 to help me through. And, being on call means being a slave to the pager. A 2-hour ride got turned into a 71 minute ride for a trip to the ER. Sigh....

Nice easy and somewhat boring run on the mill - tough to keep the HR down though - running zones 1 and 2 is nearly unheard of for me (I subscribed traditionally to the "if you're going to run, then RUN" school). But If I want to hit 10+ hours a week then something's gotta give - the body will only take 7-8 hours of "RUNning" a week at the moment....
