| Sigh. Yet another unscheduled rest day - not due to injury or sickness - just work demands. Was called in early for an epidural and had to stay in the ER basically until midnight - Mondays are a zoo! Oh well - I guess it leaves me better rested to pound some more hours in over the next few days; maybe I'll try a little more speed/intensity this week.... |
