Weight Lifting 1:30:00 [3]

Heavy chest, shoulders, legs. Few more weeks untill I cycle of Nitrix. Been a good product, around week 4 you can really notice striations in all the muscles and my body fat is down to 12% even while drinking weight gainer to help keep on mass. Running has made it hard for me to keep above 195lbs, but i'm way faster at 185lbs.
