| Takes me 3 months to put on 10lbs of muscle and a few weeks running to take it off. *Scale reads 196, 11-14% body fat. I plan on starting run training again this week, my ankles are about 90%. |

| Was to nice today to sit inside (worked from home in the morning), made it out on the bike for a few hours. Feels good to be back on the LeMond since my TT bike is not fit and hurts my back. Tufo tires are holding up nicely (minus a skid I had to pull), looking for a good bike tire check out tufo's elite c's (220 psi). Feet did not bug me at all, hurts more to walk then ride a bike. Might head to Wenatchee this weekend for a Duathlon 6 mile run, 25 mile bike, 6 mile run, if my feet feel better. |

| Heavy chest, shoulders, legs. Few more weeks untill I cycle of Nitrix. Been a good product, around week 4 you can really notice striations in all the muscles and my body fat is down to 12% even while drinking weight gainer to help keep on mass. Running has made it hard for me to keep above 195lbs, but i'm way faster at 185lbs. |
