Tried to pick up the pace a little along the up and back to Castlederg along the hilly bits of Duffy's. Turned my ankle on the way back pretty badly. I swore so loudly...so frustrating!

Another blustery, cold day so Leanimal and I went to the most exposed place we could think of for another run...Lake Couchiching of course. It was tough going on the icy lake as the snow atop it wasn't particularly deep. The sun came out a few times which made the landscape in front of us look very epic.
