Mtn Bike 1:20:00 [3]

Bad bail on the R Juryn trail. Sad part is that I wasn't moving fast...perhaps that was the problem. Carbon bar end is now in two pieces. Thankfully, I'm still in one.

Road Ride 1:08:00 [3] +465m
ahr:108 max:135

Rather than pound out some work before tonight's o-event, I went for a ride up Seymour trail way.

Orienteering 1:17:00 [3] +310m
ahr:122 max:152

My first o-event in BC and it was quite difficult. There is so much going on within each CP route that it is quite difficult for me to not slow right down to knee track of my progress. The event was on MT Seymour off of Berkley and even though I rode there on Sunday, I might as well have been in a completely different area for all I recognized. Humbling but it was good to get on a map again.

Road Ride 25:00 [3] +140m

Not much zip left in my legs for the climb back home.

Mtn Bike 45:00 [3]

Sweet repeat of yesterday's route home. This commuting by MTB is so good!

Mtn Bike 46:00 [3] +300m

Fun little ride home and hit up a bit of the Richard Juryn trail.

Mtn Bike 3:10:00 [3]

I got my virgin North Shore trail ride in. Whoa, I got my a$$ handed to me. Thankfully, I escaped uninjured and had a good time. MT Seymour has a lot of fun trails to check out. My current 29er is not quite set up for riding here. I guess I need another bike!

Road Ride 2:00:00 [4]

Had a 2 hour window so I pushed hard to the Seymour dam and then climbed Mt Seymour until there was no time left.
