Good "discovery" run atop the Seymour peaks. There is still quite a bit of snow at ~1,300m but it was good fun to run and slide amongst it. The cloud rolled in, making for difficult visibility, but I really got a sense of the terrain up there. I'll be back. N

The latter part of this work week and less sleep than I should be getting caught up with me. I had zero jump in my legs and I felt like stopping on the side of the road for a little nap. However, I had a window of time so I climbed Cypress and managed to avoid the rain the entire time. Off for a nap...zzzzz

Another bike fail!?! I flatted about 1.5k into what was going to be a nice evening ride to the dam and back. My pump is good for a MTB and for road bike emergencies and as I was alone and only had the one tube, I pulled the pin and called it a day. Ugh...I'm sure good karma is coming my way tomorrow
