Aero Base Builder because it was %^&*('ing cold and raining out...again.

Core Workout 45:00 [5]

Church of Pain...it's been a while since my last session. The pain train cometh.

Mtn Bike 1:10:00 [3]

May have been a bit late to work as it wasn't raining this AM so one has to ride trails en route, no?

Mtn Bike 1:00:00 [3]

And I was caked in mud upon arriving at work. Sign of a great trail ride commute, me thinks.

Great commute to work, albeit in the wetness, through some Seymour trails.

Mtn Bike 2:00:00 [3] +750m

Well that was an education...once again. These north shore trails are so %^&*'ing technical, it's insane. My window of time was featuring around 11C and raining once again but I ignored it and climbed Mt. Fromme now that my Trek MTB is working again. I wanted to see how far Mtn Hwy goes and after 10k or so of climbing, I was getting too cold in my soaking wet state and after a quick look on my Trail Forks app, I still had a long way to go...meaning that I've got a goal for a future ride in better conditions. For the descent, I found what I thought would be doable sections for a Eastern Canadian hack like me. "Pile of Rocks" followed by "Espresso" and then "Dempsey" = holy ^%&* is this seriously ridable, decently flowy interspersed with "nope, I'll go around this", and followed by "oh my this seat is comfortable up against my chest". Good times and time for a new bike.
