Lynn loop on a smoky but otherwise perfect evening. Sweat like a fat man and gave my new Arc'teryx running vest a go. Siiiiiick.

Great paddle with Leanimal to the north end of the lake and back. Paddling amongst the shield rock and mixed forest is such a treat.

Didn't get very far but sure as sh!t worked for it as I battled winds paddling solo in a sizeable part of the lake. Luckily, I didn't have to beg any passers-by for a tow.

O-run around the Lynn Valley area. It was kind of cheating for me at times as I know the trails and landscape so well. Such a good spot for orienteering.
