Warm up and down before and after the Intervals! Felt not good!

Intervals intervals 22:12 [5] 4.0 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: New Balance

Did the Intervals on the track! the first three were ok but the it was really hard!!!!!! We did 10x400m with 60-80sec break. I had ever 60sec.

Splittimes were:

1:13 I 1:15 I 1:17 I 1:17 I 1:20 I 1:23 I 1:22 I 1:24 I 1:22 I 1:19
