| Sbg-Cup in Schleedorf. It was a score-ol so you had to run to all controlls on the map but in wich way and which one first dídn't mather. I felt in the middle of the race that i ran very much in the last week but it was ok. Beautiful weather. | ||

Weather was like the last days very hot. Now i'm glad that i have a break-day tomorrow. *grin* | ||

| Warm up and down before and after the intervalls. Before the intervalls I first thougt that i am very tired and powerless but than it got better and in the end i felt good. After the intervalls i felt ko but it was a veryvery good training. Very proud of it! ;-) | ||

I did 2min with 1min break 10 times. Felt good. I startet a bit slower than i could because i often startet too fast. The first one was the slowest and i rased the tempo until the last three. The last three i pushed very hard. But the others were all not much slower. Very hot weather and the most time the sun shined directly on me so it was very hard at the end! | ||

Today i was tired and very powerless. I startet in the mass-start fast but i made a big mistake at the second controll. From the second controll on i wasn't really concentrated any more and i made some other small mistakes. Weather was nice agai! | ||
