Went down the coast, today. Still tossing up whether or not bodyboarding can be logged, its an easy way to add 4 hours to the weekly excercise, it includes 2 10min paddles across the seaway, and just under 4 hours of surfing till exhaustion when all the muscles in my legs start to cramp. didnt think it was going to be that good, but south strad was quite fun. actually landed my first backflip today... stoked

pm run. felling good running. back seems a lot better. fitness slowly creeping back.

It begins. Not off to a great start. Easy run at about 7pm. My lower back in about my L4 has been sore since the long distance last weekend. It was causing me a bit of grief tonight pounding on the road, it was a bit better on the grass but i was afraid of my ankle. I ran a hill just around the corner from home that i never ran before, i think we will get to know each other a lot more. Need to get to a physio asap.
