| I woke up quite sick this morning... big cough, cold, and all these kinds of things... After an hour I seemed to have a normal voice again, no more cough and just a little cold, so I decided finally to take part to the competition. I had to run one of the longest route, against all the men (and not bad runners!), but after 2-3 minutes my breathing became very difficult because of the sickness, so I decided to run very quiet. I would have had to run a second time afterwards, but I felt so bad that I just couldn't. What a pity... But I'll have others competitions next weeks and other opportunities to run well! |

| Intervals on the stadion, alone against the wind... It was a stressing day as I passed important exams on the morning, and I was delighted about training to relax. 2-3km to warm up, then intervals of 400m, 600m, 800m, 600m, 400m, I ran a 800m less because of my tiredness (->morning stress). We had a very strong wind which was considerably slowing us, but the training was enjoyable nonetheless! |
