Tour through top of Serroue and Valangin, I've done it already several times this winter and it's always so beautiful! This time with my brother, very gently.

Cross international of Geneva. It was really a great event! I was happy to see that my age group's winner of the Course de l'Escalade and Romandie's best roadrunner was there. I hadn't thought to have a fight with her 'cause she won clearly in december, but it was a bit different in cross-country, even thought on the same distance. We had 3 loops to do. She's a VERY good tactician, I had the time to notice it during the race... She was always interrupting the pace. Running ahead of me, just 2-3 meters, and suddenly going slower, so that I could imagine I was getting ahead of her, and suddenly accelerating. This kind of tactic is also what the Kenyans are using. Well, she did it all the time. As I noticed it very quickly, I just ran at my own pace, trying not to pay attention to this "game", but I found it really passionating! We were side by side during the two loops, until she really accelerated-- definitively this time;) .
I am more than satisfied with my race, firstly because of this unexpected duel with Florence, but also because everything went on so well: I felt in great form and managed to find an enormous motivation, don't know where, because last days I was really KO... :)

Day of my last exam! = beginning of the holidays :) But it was a big moment of stress as this exam was maybe the most important of all. Afterwards I wasn't able to begin anything, it's just the decompression (not an adiabatic one;)... Hope I'll "recover" quickly :D

Short strength session but VERY hard. I'll feel my abdominals and my back tomorrow!

Argh! It was a planified 100% session in terms of jump school and I've never seen something as though as today... Ouh. It's always cool to suffer and watch the jumpers do everything (almost) easily... ;)
