Training Log Archive: patpruden

Today it was my drum lesson, not practice..Still not exercise, but I want proof I did SOMETHING.

Also not actual exercise. In between my office in Reston and the one in Chantilly, my car quit, and my walking was because I was walking from my car, which was out of gas, to two different gas stations and one other auto place to find a gas can to purchase, then once I found one, walked back to the car. But this was really at a pretty good speed when I was walking because it was 20 degrees and the wind was brisk. I was freezing. So I"m putting it on here, even though it is probably not exercise to anyone else, but hey, I want it in the log until I get better stuff to put down.
