walking w/o dogs 30:00 [1]

NOT actually walking them. We went to the dog park and I wandered around trying to stay warm while they played with their doggie friends. It was FREEZING cold, and I didn't go outside much for the rest of the day (even though I did this at 9 am.)

drum practice 30:00 [3]

Today it was my drum lesson, not practice..Still not exercise, but I want proof I did SOMETHING.

walking w/o dogs 15:00 [3]

Also not actual exercise. In between my office in Reston and the one in Chantilly, my car quit, and my walking was because I was walking from my car, which was out of gas, to two different gas stations and one other auto place to find a gas can to purchase, then once I found one, walked back to the car. But this was really at a pretty good speed when I was walking because it was 20 degrees and the wind was brisk. I was freezing. So I"m putting it on here, even though it is probably not exercise to anyone else, but hey, I want it in the log until I get better stuff to put down.

walking dogs 40:00 [2]

Walking the dogs after dark is squirrelly. Gus doesn't like to go out at night, Cayenne hasn't any problem with it, but I can't tell if the walk was a normal speed or slow. I was pulling the dogs more than usual. I put "2" down as the intensity, but it may not be that low...but may not be as high as a 3.

drum practice (not exercise but...) 40:00 [1]

It may not be exercise, but it tires out my right leg (bass drum) left leg (hi-hat when I remember to use it) and arms, besides, I feel like tracking it...It probably won't appear much.

treadmill 33:00 [3] 1.76 mi (18:45 / mi)

I was tired, worried that my right foot would hurt (because it did yesterday)(no injury. I have arthritis in my right foot, and had a bone spur cut off just above the joint of the big toe last year. It doesn't hurt usually, but it aches if I do too much - or, oddly, if I have too much caffeine.) Anyway, my right foot had hurt all day Saturday from standing around while an electrician was here, so it ached Sunday, too. So I neglected the dogs and tried the treadmill, and that is as much as I could do. I'm a whiner.
