Tried to focus on sprint orienteering, with lots of change in speed and direction, and going out of post consciously (?). Not sure I was 100% effective in this training (self-consigns were loose) |

| Short session in flooded Charbonneau vallay, try to do series of 30" uphill (3x 4x 5x 4x 5x) but definetely not speedy enough due to darkness and uneasy ground. |
