Running intervals (Map reading) 50:24 [4] *
shoes: Cross XT Decathlon
3 sessions interspaced with warm up/cool down : 2xintervals 3'30", 1'30" (last without map reading), 1 sprint 10'.

Tried to focus on sprint orienteering, with lots of change in speed and direction, and going out of post consciously (?). Not sure I was 100% effective in this training (self-consigns were loose)

Short session in flooded Charbonneau vallay, try to do series of 30" uphill (3x 4x 5x 4x 5x) but definetely not speedy enough due to darkness and uneasy ground.
