Running 55:00 [3] 7.0 km (7:51 / km)

Final X-League of the season at Grindstone.
Last 20 minutes in the dark slowed us a little, especially an off trail short cut where I tried to minimise some climb, but in hindsight it would have been faster to stay on trail. Nav was spot on though. NBD.
Jamie big brained a route choice late in the course that saved us getting back late. They're learning.

Running 50:00 [3] 8.5 km (5:53 / km)

X-League starting at Sam Lawrence Park
We had a great time, some light rain at the beginning, best I've felt all season. With Jamie and Emily. No Bruce - too many roads.

The far end of Aberdeen Ave has some batshit awesome houses. Also, the Wentworth Stairs go forever.

Cycling 1:10:00 [3] 12.0 km (10.3 kph)

It's already begun. Been roped into a Storm the Trent team for next year, so I took Duncan out on the braids to do some MTB practice.
Had to wait (happily) at the end of each section for him to catch up, but the wait got shorter each time so he picked it up pretty easily.
Braid were rootier than I remember on a bike, but I think the last time I rode in the Deeve was when I lived in Westdale, so 2016.

Note

How quickly does Wilderness Traverse sell out for 2021?

Running 44:00 [3] 8.0 km (5:30 / km)

X-League #10 around McMaster and burbs with Jamie, Emily and Bruce.
Very fun trying to decode McMaster on the OOMap.
Feeling heavy in the legs from todays class with wall balls and rowing. Had to push hard at the end cause Jamie got greedy - very overtime as well.
