Provincials Middle
Fun. Just so much fun to run through open woods like that. At this stage, I just don't have the discipline for super technical middles any more, so this suited me just fine.
Feeling sick, so wasn't going at top speed, but I was happy to push as hard as I could the entire course.
Maybe 1 min mistake late in the course where I couldn't see one of the impassable fences in the woods and the nearby private property confused me.

Some guys from the gym wanted to test their mile time to help with pacing track workouts so I decided to join them to see where I'm at now.
Didn't feel great warming up, really feeling a lack of sleep at the moment - but still, that's a lot slower than I used to be.
