Note

So, I'm meant to be running Worlds Toughest Mudder today. I've woken up with back pain I've never experienced, I think from a really deep sleep on a bed far softer than I'm used to.
Since the first hour is running, I'm going to start and see if it shakes it out, but if it doesn't improve, that will probably be it

Since I'll be away next weekend, I put out all the stands for RtH (and with 50 CPs on the race, that's a lotta stands!)
Put everything out from Friday to Sunday, but this was the only day I ran - have been dealing with a low grade head cold all week and took it easy on Fri/Sat.
I got so lucky, every single day was amazing and it worked out well doing it all by myself as I could take my time and just enjoy it.

This is probably my favourite Raid route since I've been here, for a few reasons I can't say without giving the whole course away. Apart from the early Game of Thorns its almost all beautiful open woods or challenging trail running - the photos I pasted on facebook last night are from the entire length of the course. A video from the Game of Thorns is set to go up, but not until entries close ;)
