Heavy snatch. Attempted 175lb and got under it, but felt something pull in my groin so bailed. A little tender after.

15 min AMRAP of 50 DUs, 18 cal bike, 15 dumbbell cleans ~5 rounds

Running! Spencer Gorge explore with Bruce.
Got on a newerish trail that connects Websters to Tews on the other side of the valley. Great fun and heaps of people out.
