3 rounds of 50 squats, 40ft handstand walk, 80 ft front rack lunge in about 10 mins

Helen: 7:54 (4 seconds off PR, but with 28 miles in my legs from Sunday, I'll take it)
9-7-5-3-1 strict handstand push ups with minute-ish rest each time
30 min EMOM: 1) 10 cal bike, 2)1 muscle up, 3) 205lb power clean

Midwest Toughest Mudder
Fun race, first 2 laps went really well then lack of time on my feet was apparent for the next 3
On the upside, obstacles aren't a challenge anymore so I rarely have to do penalties, except for the electrocution one (Operation) which I can't do without getting shocked, so have to deal with a mile extra penalty every time
