Very fun class with sled pushes then rowing, skipping and muscle ups. Kept it gentle, calf felt good.
Impressive watching baloney knocking out pull ups (and nothing else). HWPO.

More front squats, up to 190lb for 5. Still a little fatigued from the weekend.

Excellent JG session. Finished with 3 short poop hill (RIP poop) sprints. No calf issues. Will give another week before testing on a 'real' run.
