Still feeling a little woozy when I woke up, so ditched the Brantford session and pulled Bessie out of her hibernation for a little spin on the Christie Trails.
Noob effort - forgot to check the tire pressure before heading out and they were pretty low, but had a great time on the established trails.
Checked out some of the newer ones that have appeared on the Strava Heat map, but shouldn't have - they're not established yet and not well marked - was basically just 10 mins of wobbling around on soft pine needles. Very fun though - I hope to get out more this summer.

Finally able to donate blood again. *Really* felt the effects while coaching - when they say don't handle weights for 24 hours after, they mean it!

Weekly squat sesh, built up to 215x1+2. Everything felt super smooth - 300 here we come (in around 18 months)

Same loop as Friday, this time no walking.
Splish splash the whole way, damn we got some rain over the weekend.
