Wasn't feeling great at the start, bit turned into good session with no unreasonable walking breaks. Did a few good chunks off trail and felt pretty decent.

Continuing the tentative return, did the MapRun Sprint course I set at Mohawk Sports Park (not my best MapRun work - though weirdly it was all the CPs that I fieldchecked were the sketchiest).
Took about 15mins to feel good, but the last 10 felt great.
