Saturday Feb 2

Cycling 3:30:00 [3] 100 km (2:06 / km)
Ok ride got cut short due to being hit by a car. Heading eastbound 1km east of the tolls on the M5. This was ment to be 180km day.
But went to hospital and discharged about 2-3 hrs later.
Now to find a new time trial bike!!!

Orbea, cervelo p3 p2, argon e-114, giant trinity? Anymore!! Colnago, BH, BMC, Pinarello, Trek, De Rosa, ????

The wet road helped with minimising the grazes I got flown probably about 50m up the road from where i was hit. Car spun out of control, i was in the shoulder , right front of car hit me. Im a lucky man. Now for a week sick leave hopefully to fit my last hard week of training in perhaps.

Friday Feb 1

Two circuits of the 2.4km track, lots of debry on the ground after last nights storm.
Running race 8:19 [5] 2.4 km (3:28 / km) vdot: 55.0
BFA test. Great time , great to be running on a road that doesnt have turn after turn and rolling hills.

Thursday Jan 31

Run around holsworthy - mp building, then back and completed with bfa run.

PT for work 5 min run to oval about 30 min actual game time and 5 min run back. Prob 20 min of actual running.

1.9km swim - 28.04
200m easy
6*50m on 50 secs holding 38-40.
100m easy. Lunch time swim.

13 laps * 3.8km.

Stayed 5-10 from the back of the pack, good hard ride and would have been staying on around 35km/hr for the whole ride.

Good run, a few little mistakes to be expected around the multi story carparks, buildings. Made good time in the second half as Glenn Horrocks was about a minute behind and i extended this gap on the out and back legs along the river. Good route choice. Missed five controls totalling 100 points. And twenty points for being late.
480 points total.
