Would have been a really good guide today if I'd completed today's course given I would have done exactly the same as sten but in reverse order.

Walk along the beach, then swim back. Got to swim with dolphins for a little while, couldnt keep pace. On first glimpse though gave me a bit of a fright.

Run with work collegue, had to stop a few times. Time includes stops, first 4km was in the 5:30 to 5:50 range, I was loving the hills in reabold.
