Silly decision to go but surprised I was keeping up with Cameron for the first half before the legs and body shut down.

Zwift. Bella ride (c grade), rode next to the Beacon then got told to wait for the beacon, the beacon said he was sick and to ride on, i had already dropped back then rode at in excess of 300 watts for several minutes and got to 13 seconds but that is as close as i could get before the legs exploded.

Zwift. Could see Ori was on course and could see he was climbing somewhere given the watts and speed being produced. Went for a spin up the hill but this actually worked as a really good cool down while experimenting with some of the features. Messaged Ori but no reply, I thought I trained late! its past midnight in Sydney right now..
