Note

So, I have been training well for the last 6 weeks now, with the last 3 weeks hitting just over 50km plus a few bike sessions. It was a tough week this week just getting defeated with the slow progress in weight loss. On the positive my legs are feeling stronger and I can feel my fitness coming back.

With three weeks to go to Hill End, I want to make sure I build on my long run.
