Apart from the lack of Orienteering in the past couple of months Im physically feeling good about the next two weekends. Just need to shake of the last of this cough which I thought would be completely gone early in the week.

After starting the Hill End weekend at 88kg, Easter at 87kg, Ultra Long at 85/86 Im so looking to getting around in my new weight division. Its a few kg's short of ideally where I would like to be at but still getting fitter every week.

So I went 5hrs 14 minutes for the half ironman. 26.33 swim (5th overall, 1st age group) , 2.36 bike with only one gear which thankfully I picked the right gear. 2.05 for the half which I'm happy with given only a handful of people went under 1hr 40minutes.

Unfortunately I've been sick for the last week but looking forward to some orienteering
