Wow - so slow.
I started with 700 m straight - barely held 1:57's.
Then, did 150's (kick, paddle, buoy, paddle and buoy, fins)

just did a steady cycle while listening to podcast.
I felt really flat - only pushing 125-140 W but felt like 180.
I had a massive migraine Friday that lasted into Saturday - so I was under full dose of migraine medication, still feeling a bit of migraine while I did this session. not sure how much that affected things.

Didn't feel too bad. I haven't been running as much, now that I am back into more cycling training. The funny thing is that high cycling volume seems to make my running feel better than just straight running alone...

fat biking out on the trail system again.
It was a bit nippier, on account of the wind.

Did 10x100 with 50 breast/stroke focus in between each.

Ran on Happy Trails trail network in High River. Finally, some mild weather.
Legs a bit fatigued from cycling

Did a bit of ZWIFT 100-200 W, depending on how distracted I got with trying to figure out Apple TV and Vimeo.
